A non-comprehensive list of chamber ensemble pieces that use trombone. I tried to avoid brass quintets and quartets, I believe there are some trios however. If you’re looking for trombone with electronics try searching “electronics,” “live electronics,” and “tape.” “Tape” generally means recording and could be a CD or digital file. I tried to skew toward works that use the trombone as a member of the ensemble as opposed to a soloist but you’ll find a bit of both types of works. Apologies if some of the links are broken.
